By booking or hosting a Paid Video Interview/Broadcast on TSA HUB, both the Artist (Client) and the Curator (Service Provider) agree to the following terms:
1. The Service Definition
The Session: A "Live Interview" is defined as a one-on-one or group broadcast conducted via the TSA HUB Broadcast Camera feature.
Duration: Standard sessions are 15 minutes unless a longer duration is explicitly agreed upon in the private chat prior to the "Tip" being sent.
The Fee: The fee sent via the Wallet/Tip System is for the Curator’s time and professional insight. It does not guarantee a positive review, social media posts, or label signings.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Pre-Confirmation: Artists must message the Curator and receive a confirmation of the date/time before sending the Tip.
No-Show Policy: * If the Curator fails to start the broadcast within 20 minutes of the scheduled time, the Artist is entitled to a full credit refund.
If the Artist is late or fails to show, the Curator is entitled to keep 50% of the fee for the reserved time slot.
3. Conduct & Safety
Professionalism: All sessions must remain professional. Harassment, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in an immediate session termination without a refund and a permanent IP & Fingerprint Ban (v3.8).
AI Moderation: TSA HUB utilizes OpenAI & Google Cloud Vision (v3.15) to monitor broadcasts. Any detected violations of community standards will be flagged to Admins.
4. Content Rights (Screen Sharing & Recording)
Screen Sharing: Curators may use the Screen Share feature (v3.15) to review lyrics or production. Artists agree that sharing their screen/audio during a session is done at their own risk regarding unreleased intellectual property.
Recording: Neither party may record the session for commercial use without the written consent of the other party.
5. Refunds & Disputes
Feedback Guarantee: If the Curator does not provide the agreed-upon video interaction after receiving a tip, the Artist should use the Complaint System (v3.0).
Admin Intervention: TSA HUB Admins reserve the right to review chat logs and transaction history to resolve disputes and manually Credit/Debit wallets (v3.8.1) as necessary.
